Deposit to Secure Reservation: A deposit of 15% (25% for Christmas/New Year and Easter) of the total rental is due 48 Hours after your reservation has been booked. The balance is due upon arrival and payable in cash or travelers checks. We accept your credit card for the deposit, we use Paypal ( www.paypal.com )

We also accept Paypal to pay the balance but there will be a 3.5 % surcharge on the balance which is what Paypal charges us.

You can also send us a check for the deposit and balances ( no surcharge) , but must be sent well before arrival date so that there is  enough time for the check to clear.

Cancellation Policy: If your reservation is canceled 61 days or more before occupancy, a cancellation fee of 100.00 USD will assessed. This charge includes mailing your refund (when the deposit was paid cash). However we offer the possibility to use your deposit towards another rental for a period of up to one year from the day the deposit or the credit card form was received without any penalty.

We book reservations about 1-3 months in advance, which makes it difficult to rent the condo if we get a cancellation with short notice, consequently, if your reservation is cancelled 60 days or less before occupancy, we are sorry but you will loose the deposit.

Hurricane Insurance: If because of a hurricane or a tropical storm, you are unable to come, we will allow you to re-schedule your rental for up to a year after this event without any penalties.
